techniques and plans for work in Tibet

Our indentor-corners project is using a wide variety of techniques to make measurements related to our project goals, some high-tech, and some traditional. We thought it'd be informative to give a brief overview of some of these techniques and some of our planned measurements.

We hope to have this page up by 1 July.
